Fly99 Account Security – The Steps We Take
Your account security is fly99's top priority. We know you're trusting our platform with your personal information and funds — and we take that trust seriously. Here are the security measures we have in place to protect every login session:
All data transmitted during login — including your password and session information — is encrypted with TLS 1.3 using 256-bit encryption. This data cannot be intercepted by any third party.
With 2FA enabled, any login attempt from an unrecognised device will require an OTP code sent to your Malaysian phone number — ensuring only you can access your account.
The fly99 system automatically monitors login patterns. Logins from unusual locations or devices will trigger an email alert and may require additional verification before access is granted.
After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be automatically locked temporarily as a security measure. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to safely unlock your account.
Important Security Notice: fly99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any communication requesting your fly99 account password, do not respond and report it to fly99 support immediately at support@fly99.life. This may be a phishing attempt trying to steal your account information.
Fly99 Account Security Tips
Beyond the security measures fly99 has in place on the platform side, there are a few simple steps you can take yourself to keep your account safe at all times:
- Use a strong, unique password — use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not reuse the same password from your other accounts.
- Enable 2FA in your fly99 account settings — this is the most effective way to prevent unauthorised access, even if someone knows your password.
- Avoid logging in on public computers or Wi-Fi such as internet cafés, airports, or hotels. Use your own mobile data or a password-protected home Wi-Fi network.
- Never share your login details with anyone — including friends or family members. fly99 is not liable for any losses resulting from voluntary password sharing.
- Log out after every session especially when using a device shared with others. Click the profile icon and select "Log Out" to end your session safely.
- Update your password regularly — at least once every 3 months — as a good security practice.
- Check your login alert email that fly99 sends whenever a login is detected from a new device. If you don't recognize the activity, change your password immediately and contact fly99 support.
