Fly99 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the fly99 platform, including the fly99.life website, the fly99 mobile app, and all services provided under the fly99 brand ("Services"). These Terms come into effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any fly99 Services.

Fly99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on fly99.life. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the fly99 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register for and use fly99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. fly99 does not accept underage members under any circumstances. fly99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate the account of any individual who fails to verify their age.
• Location: fly99's services are intended exclusively for players residing in Malaysia. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing these services complies with the laws of their jurisdiction where online betting may be restricted or prohibited.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one fly99 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.

Your fly99 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. fly99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

You must notify fly99 immediately through customer support channels if you suspect your password has been compromised or your account has been accessed without authorisation. fly99 recommends enabling the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature available in your account settings for an additional layer of security.

Fly99 only accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). fly99 does not accept any form of cryptocurrency, physical cash, or international payment methods.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly or within 5 minutes, depending on the payment method.
• Fly99 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities within the fly99 platform and may not be transferred directly to other users.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. fly99 reserves the right to reject deposits from accounts whose names do not match the member's registered name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for members who have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Fly99 reserves the right to request additional KYC verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 or where unusual withdrawal patterns are detected.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

Fly99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly sports cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements set for each promotion. Failure to meet these requirements means the bonus and any winnings derived from it will not be eligible for withdrawal.

5.1 General Bonus Principles

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Fly99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including placing simultaneous bets on both sides of a match or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in the respective promotional terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Fly99 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements refer to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit) before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you must place a total of RM1,000 in wagers before winnings derived from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

Fly99's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other international leagues), badminton (Malaysia Open, BWF World Championship), esports (MPL Malaysia, Dota 2 Major, CS2), NBA basketball, ATP/WTA tennis, and more. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on fly99.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by the fly99 system and a bet reference number has been displayed to the member. Unconfirmed bets are null and void.
• Odds Movement: Displayed odds may change before a bet is confirmed. fly99 operates an "Accepted Odds" system, where the odds in effect at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, unless you have selected the "Accept Better Odds Only" option.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, all related bets will be refunded in full to your account balance.
• Match Continues Under Changed Conditions: If a match continues at a different venue or in a different format than originally planned, fly99 reserves the right to void or settle bets at our discretion, and fly99's decision shall be final.
• Maximum Winnings: The maximum winning limit for any single bet is RM200,000, or the limit set for a specific market, whichever is lower. Accumulator bets may be subject to different winning limits.
• In-Play Betting: In-play betting uses real-time updated odds. fly99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend in-play markets during critical incidents (goals, red cards, serious injuries) to protect the integrity of the odds.
• Odds Errors: In the event of a technical error that produces clearly unreasonable odds (for example, a Liga Super team listed at 50.00 to win a regular match), fly99 reserves the right to void the affected bets even after the match has concluded.

All casino and slot games available on fly99 — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, dragon tiger, online slots, and fishing games — operate using independently audited random number generators (RNG). The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot game can be found in the game information section within the platform.

• All casino game results are final once a round is completed. No requests to review the outcome of a completed game will be entertained unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, any interrupted round will be voided and the bet returned to your account balance. If the system is able to conclusively determine the outcome of that round despite the disruption, that result will stand.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each casino game are displayed in the game interface before you begin. fly99 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that simulate or automate gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

Fly99 operates on the principles of integrity and fair play. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in firm action, including immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary:

• Fraud & Cheating: Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with fly99.
• Money Laundering: Using the fly99 platform as a channel to transfer or conceal illicit funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, employing betting strategies specifically designed to withdraw bonus funds without genuine wagering risk ("bonus abuse"), or sharing account information for such purposes.
• Hacking & Interference: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to fly99's systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations.
• Unauthorised Collusion in Games: Colluding with other players in casino or poker games to manipulate game outcomes for mutual gain ("collusion").
• Use of VPN to Bypass Geo-Restrictions: Using a VPN or proxy to access fly99 from a restricted jurisdiction is prohibited.

Fly99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of the relevant authorities.

Conversely, fly99 members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the fly99 customer support team. Any valid funds in your account balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned within 5 business days via the payment method used for your last deposit.

Members who choose to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) may do so through their account settings or by contacting fly99 support. The selected exclusion period cannot be shortened — fly99 will not reopen any account that is currently under a self-exclusion period.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, fly99 and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the fly99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from betting activity
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond fly99's control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence
• Betting outcomes that you are dissatisfied with
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of fly99's services

Fly99 is committed to protecting the personal data of all members. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and fly99's full Privacy Policy, which is available on our Privacy Policy page.

In summary, fly99 collects data necessary for platform operations, including registration information, transaction records, and usage data. This data is used to process transactions, deliver services, meet legal obligations, and detect fraud. fly99 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption, and access to sensitive data is restricted to staff who require it to perform their duties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the fly99 support team.

Fly99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or an email to their registered address. Continued use of the fly99 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail to produce a resolution, fly99 reserves the right to refer the dispute to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
